OMGTea AAA Grade Matcha

OMGTEA's AAA Grade Matcha is our best selling premium ceremonial tea. It is grown in Kagoshima, a province known for it's organic farming and is harvested by hand with only the finest leaves from the first harvest used. It is then ground using a traditional granite stone mill, a process that takes more than an hour to grind 30 grams. 

Preparation

Place 1 sachet into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl to remove any lumps. Add a few drops of 80℃ water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80℃ water and whisk until frothy and smooth.

OR

Place 1 sachet into a water bottle and shake vigorously.
