Sign up once and leave the rest to us! No more running out of your favourite matcha or paying high fees for next day delivery. As soon as you sign up, we will send out your first order and then every other order will be dispatched according to your preferred frequency.
Maximum Flexibility
When you sign up, you will be given the choice to receive product at a frequency that works for you. We currently offer customers the choice of every 14, 30 or 60 days and if you consume less (or more) matcha one month, you can delay or bring forward your next order.
We also don't ask you to sign up for a minimum duration and you can cancel at any time.

All subscribers receive 10% off the product of their choice + FREE shipping. As an example, with a minimum shipping cost of £3.50, that equates to 25% off our best-selling AAA Grade.
This means that customers on a subscription package will consistently benefit from our best value offering regardless of other promotions we run throughout the year.
How to Subscribe
Go to the product page of your choice and select the subscription option (just underneath one-time purchase). When you do, a drop down list will appear for you to select your preferred frequency. Add to cart and check out as usual.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes, our subscriptions are fully flexible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log into your OMGTea account or click the link in one of your past "upcoming subscription" emails to access your account and cancel your subscription directly.
Alternatively, you can email us at hello@omgteas.co.uk and we can cancel it for you.
Please allow at least 48 hours before your next order is due to be processed for cancellations.
Is there a commitment or minimum subscription period?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
